This table describes the columns in the Chemical Usage Reports.

Product Name
|
Name of the chemical product.
|

Serial
|
Serial number of the product.
|
|
Start Date
|
Beginning date for the Chemical Solution drum.
|
|
Stop Date
|
Ending date for the Chemical Solution drum.
|
|
Amount Start
|
The initial starting level of a drum. Also, when a new drum reading is taken, the Amount Start of the new drum entry is updated with the Amount Stop that was recorded in the previous drum reading.

Amount Stop
|
The final ending level of a drum. Also, when a new drum reading is taken, the Amount Stop of the previous entry is set to the Amount Start of the new entry.

|
Amount Used
|
The Amount Start minus the Amount Stop during the specified date range.
|
|
Price
|
The cost of a Chemical Product drum.
|
|
Status
|
Loaded, Reading, or Removed. Loaded entry is created when a new drum is loaded. Reading entry is created when a level reading is taken from a drum. Removed entry is created when a drum is no longer loaded.

|
Cars Washed
|
Cars washed during period that used this chemical (start date – end date).
|
|
Cost Per Car
|
The drum price divided into the cars washed using this chemical during the period listed.
|
|
Usage Per Car
|
The drum capacity, minus the amount remaining, divided into the cars washed using this chemical.
|

|
