Add and view Fleet Account notes

You can add a note for a Fleet Account, and then you can view or print the Note.

WARNING: After a Note is saved, it is permanent and cannot be deleted or removed.

  1. Open WashConnect, in Region(s) select Corporate, region, or the local site, and then click the Log In button.
    NOTE: When logged in at the Corporate location, the entire Corporate structure will be available. When logged in at a site level, only that site will be available for selection.

  2. From the Fleet menu, select Account.

  3. Search for a customer.

  4. Click to select an individual Fleet Account from the list.
  5. Select the Fleet Account Notes button.

  1. Click the Add button.
  2. In the Add Customer Notes box, enter a note for that Fleet Account.

NOTE:  The fleet account note cannot ever be removed or deleted. Verify the contents of the fleet account note before saving.

  1. Click the Save button.
    The message "Customer or Vehicle notes saved successfully" appears.
  2. Click OK.
    The note is saved with an auto generated date and time stamp.
  3. To print the note if necessary, click the Print button.
  4. Click the Close button.
  5. From the Notes column, select the Note button to review the note.
