View Site Tickets

NOTE: Only tickets created at the local region (5-digit tickets) will display when logged in to the local site. Global tickets (6- and 9-digit tickets) created will display when logged in to corporate.

To view the View Site Tickets Report, follow these steps:

  1. Open WashConnect, in Region(s) select Corporate, region, or the local site, and then click the Log In button.
    NOTE: When logged in at the Corporate location, the entire Corporate structure will be available. When logged in at a site level, only that site will be available for selection.

  2. Select Financial Audit Controls > View Site Tickets.

  1. From the Start Date box, enter a date.
  2. In the End Date box, enter a date.
  3. In the Status box, click to select All or any of the statuses you would like to see on the report.

  1. In the Ticket ID box, type the Ticket ID number, if searching for a specific Ticket ID.
  2. Click the View Tickets button.
    The View Site Tickets results appear in the Ticket List.

  1. From the View Site Tickets report toolbar, you can Save, Print, or Export the report.
