Update Customer Information

From the Touch POS sales screen, you can edit a customer.

  1. Log on to WashConnect® from the car wash site level.
  2. On the Touch POS menu, open the sales screen (Open Shift), and then select a Greeter.
  3. Search for a customer.
  4. Click the Edit Customer button. 

 

  1. You can Update the Customer Information.
  2. In the New box for Bonus Points or Punch Cards, type in a new amount.
  3. In the Reason box, type in a reason for the update.
  4. Click the Save button.
