You can request the gate open signal for a specified Auto Sentry terminal from the Wash Status tab.
NOTE: Wash Status is only available from the site level logon.
- At WashConnect® logon, select a Site.

On the Monitoring System menu, select Wash Status.
- In the Site box, select the Site or All Sites.
- Locate the Auto Sentry, and click the Send Gate Open button.
The message "Are you sure you wish to send the gate open request to the Auto Sentry X lane?" appears.
- Click Yes.
- Click the Refresh Status button.
WARNING: The gate will only close by a sensor or loop that detects the vehicle has cleared the gate. You cannot close the gate from the Wash Status tab.
NOTE: Technical Support can change the name of your Auto Sentry devices.
