About WashConnect ePOS

Capture online sales with the WashConnect ePOS as your e-commerce solution. Integrate the WashConnect ePOS into your existing website, and seamlessly customize with your branding. Market all of your site's services online: washes, gift cards, wash clubs, and more. Existing customers can sign up on the ePOS by verifying their email address with the one on file in WashConnect, or they can verify their account with their club information.

  • The Storefront page is available to showcase your special items to sell, and any promotions such as discount coupons for online users. This can be set up as the ePOS default page when a customer logs in.  This page can also be disabled.
  • Create ePOS Discount Coupons that only appear on the Store Front page where customers or guests can print or email them for use at the site.
  • Set the number of items to display per page on the ePOS menu pages (Default value is 3 per scrolling page.)
  • Club promotions can be created for the purchase of a new club membership and offer either free months or free days directly from the Club Services screen.
  • While on the WashConnect ePOS, click on your Car Wash logo or the link at the bottom of any ePOS page, and return to your car wash website.
  • Select the name of the car wash that will be displayed on the various screens of the ePOS site.
  • When a user purchases a club, it is added to the cart and can be designated as a gift item for another
    person. When that occurs the ePOS will show a form to enter the required information for receipt of the
    club. After a club is purchased as a gift, the ePOS will send an email to the recipient customer.
  • Setting to break down the wash package contents on the receipt for the ePOS purchases.
  • The ePOS user has the ability to update their original email address used to create their initial ePOS login
    so a different email address may be used moving forward.
  • After the ePOS email address is updated, the user will receive a confirmation email that the ePOS account
    is updated with the new email address.
  • Customize the email receipt to explain your process that is required for the customer to complete the
    club purchase upon purchasing a club through the ePOS.
  • When a customer is viewing their transaction history within their account through the ePOS, their
    Autobilling transactions will now be included in that history.
  • State, Vehicle Make, and Vehicle Model lists are available to quickly make a selection. Auto-complete
    functionality is available for the Make and Model entry boxes.
  • Ability to change State and License Plate.
  • Guest checkout for clubs can be hidden if the site wants to make the customer fully sign-up.
