If a receipt printer is installed and configured, receipts can be reprinted on the Touch POS, Touch ES, or Touch IT devices. Ability to configure printers to use their own settings or use settings from the device where the transaction originated, contact technical support to set up this feature.
NOTE: You can enable or disable the Reprint Receipt button at the POS and the Stack Management.
- On the Touch POS, Touch ES, or Touch IT, open WashConnect.
- On the StackNControl menu, select Stack Management.
- Touch or click the car associated with the receipt you wish to reprint.
- Tap or click the Reprint Receipt button.
