NOTE: This promotion is for Fleet Accounts only.

This promotion must be created at Corporate, and then can be assigned to selected fleet accounts at local sites from the Fleet/Accounts tab. Assign specific PLU discounts within selected Fleet Accounts. The Promotion menu is only available at local sites to manage the Discount Price List Promotion and allow configuration of local PLUs.

Within the Discount Price List promotion, specific PLU numbers can be selected and three types of discounts can be assigned to the PLU. These include changing the actual price, granting a percentage discount, and getting a specified amount discounted off the price. 

1. At WashConnect logon, select Corporate. (Edit Promotions at site level logon only.)
2. On the Configuration menu, select Goods and Services, and then select Promotions.
3. Click the Add button.
4. In the Promotion box, select Discount Price List.
5. In the PLU# box, type a PLU or Sales Item number, and then select the number from the PLU# list.
6. In the Name box, type a name for this promotion.
7. In the Active check box, click to make this Promotion active.

NOTE: If Active box is clear, the customers will earn points but cannot redeem them.

8. In the PLU# section, select the Add button.

The Sales Item dialog box appears.

9. In Profit Center, select a profit center.

Then select all the necessary sales item check boxes.

10. In Discount Type, select Actual Price, Discount Amount, or Discount Percent.
11. In Discount Price, type in an amount according to the selected Discount Type.
12. If you need to delete the discounted PLU item, click to select it from the list, and then click the Remove button.
13. Click the Save button.

The message Promotion saved successfully appears. Now you need to add this Promo to the Fleet Account so that all fleet members will be able to receive this promotion.  You can use this Promotion for many Fleet Accounts. 

14. Open Fleet, and then Accounts.

From the Discount Section, in Promotion, select the promotion from the list.

15. Click the Save button.

Now as the members for this fleet account purchase their wash, the price will adjust for the promotion for the fleet member.
