You can edit an existing Fleet Account.
- Select Fleet > Accounts.
The Accounts tab appears.
- Search for a Fleet Account.
- Scroll through the list, and then click to select the Fleet Account.
Underneath the Fleet Accounts, the valid customer list appears for that Fleet account.
- Click the Edit Account button.

The Fleet box appears.
- Make any necessary changes.
NOTE: When editing a Fleet Account, the Prepaid box appears always appears dim. You cannot switch fleet account from a Prepaid fleet account to an ROA invoiced fleet account.
If the company wants to change from ROA Invoicing to Prepaid or vice versa, the original Fleet Account will need to be deleted, and then add a Fleet Account in order to change the from ROA Invoicing to Prepaid or vice versa and then add all the vehicles to the Fleet Account.
- Click the Save button.

The fleet account changes are saved.
