Purchase Club Membership for a 2nd Vehicle (Existing Customer)

✓      When a customer does NOT have a presell ticket to scan…

  1. On the Customers menu, select Manage.


  1. Search for the existing customer.
  2. In the Search box, type in the customer’s name.
  3. From the In Field list, select Customer.
  4. Click the View button.
  5. From the customer list, double-click the customer.

Select a customer, and then click the Edit Customer button.

  1. Click the Add Vehicle button.
  2. In the License box, type the 2nd vehicle’s license plate number.
  3. In the Club box, select a club for the 2nd vehicle.
  4. In the Expiration Date box, type in today’s date so that customer is billed overnight.
  5. In the Billing Status box, select Active or Bill from the list.
  6. Optional: Add all other available Vehicles Information.
  7. Click OK.
  8. If you receive the "Customer saved successfully message," click OK.
  1. Click the Save button.
  2. Click OK.

No receipt will print for customer.

The second vehicle for customer is now setup up with a Club Membership. Upon successfully billing overnight, the customer’s expiration date will be advanced.
