If a vehicle has a false start into the tunnel and it must be backed up, you can reload the ticket if the programmed minimum car length has not been reached. 

NOTE: Reloading is available on Tunnel Tunnel® Jr. and Tunnel Tunnel® wbc controllers. Third party controllers may not support this function.

1. On the Touch POS, Touch IT, or Touch EMS, open WashConnect. 

2. On the StackNControl menu, select Stack Management.
3. Tap or click the Reload Car button.
