Enable Profile

After you have set up the Profile and have added a valid schedule, enable your profile to make it available to customers.

This feature is not available at Corporate.

  1. Log in to WashConnect® on your POS or Site Server at the wash site level.
  1. In the Configuration menu, click Goods & Services, and then click Profile.

The Profile tab appears.

  1. Click to select a Profile.

The profile is highlighted.

  1. If the status of the profile is disabled, click the Enable button.

NOTE: When the Profile is enabled, the same button changes color to orange and becomes the Disable button.  If you do not want to enable the Profile, make certain you click the Disable button.

The profile is now Enabled. In the Profiles list, the Profiles that are highlighted in green are the valid and currently the active Profiles.

NOTE: When enabling a profile at the site level, WashConnect will check if Sales Items have controller services assigned.  If they are not assigned, a message will appear with the list of items missing controller assignments.
