Suspend a Fleet Account

Fleet Accounts can be temporarily suspended, which puts the Fleet Account into an inactive state, while preserving the customer account information, but also prevents the account from being used.

NOTE: Terminate a Fleet Account  if you want to completely close out the fleet account and all customers under the account as well.

Follow these steps to suspend a fleet account:

  1. From the Fleet menu, click Accounts.

The Accounts tab appears.

  1. Click to select the Fleet.

The fleet record is highlighted.

  1. Click the Edit Account button.  

The Fleet dialog box appears.

  1. In the Status box, select Suspended.
  1. Click the Save button. 

The message "Fleet account saved successfully" appears.

The fleet is suspended and cannot be used to make any purchases.
