Suspend a Fleet Account

Fleet Accounts can be temporarily suspended, which puts the Fleet Account into an inactive state, while preserving the customer account information, but also prevents the account from being used.

NOTE: Terminate a Fleet Account if you want to completely close out the fleet account and all customers under the account as well.

Follow these steps to suspend a fleet account:

  1. Open WashConnect, in Region(s) select Corporate, region, or the local site, and then click the Log In button.
    NOTE: When logged in at the Corporate location, the entire Corporate structure will be available. When logged in at a site level, only that site will be available for selection.
  2. From the Fleet menu, click Accounts.
    The Accounts tab appears.
  3. Click to select the Fleet.
    The fleet record is highlighted.
  4. Click the Edit Account button.  
    The Fleet dialog appears.
  5. In the Status box, select Suspended.
  6. Click the Save button. 
    The message, "Fleet account saved successfully," appears.
    The fleet is suspended and cannot be used to make any purchases.
