Add a Missing Time Clock Stamp

Managers or Users with privilege can add missing Time Clock stamps for other employees from the Edit Time Clock.

NOTE: Within the Security Role Privileges, you can specify the amount of days a user may go back into the past to edit time clock records.  See Edit Time Clock Privilege.

  1. On the Time Clock menu, select Edit Time Clock.

  1. In the Start Date box, select a date.
  2. In the End Date box, select a date.
  3. In the Site box, select the site from the list.
  4. In the Employee box, type in the Employee.
  5. Click the View button.
  6. Click the entry, and then click the Edit button.
  7. In the Start Time box, select a time.
  8. In the End Date box, select a date.
  9. In the End Time box, select a time.
  10. In the Profit Center box, select a Profit Center.
  11. In the Department box, select a department.
  12. In the Commission Position box, select a position if necessary.
  13. Click the Save button.
