The Dashboard feature is mobile friendly if viewing on a tablet. You can view your site’s Dashboard reports outside of the WashConnect® application through the use of a Web Browser. From Manage User, set up User in a security role that has access to view the dashboard reports cards.
NOTE: The Dashboard reports will not refresh every 10 minutes, so if the user does not refresh manually, the session will expire and the user will be signed out.
- In order for a user to access the Dashboard via a Web Browser, they will need to be a User in WashConnect and have a Security Role with Dashboard privileges.
- With an active internet connection, open a supported web browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
NOTE: Contact Technical Support to get setup to use the mobile Dashboard and obtain the URL address.
- Enter the URL address to view the Dashboard, the user will be connecting to the Corporate database.
NOTE: The site selection tree that is shown on the WashConnect log on page will be disabled, and only those Dashboard reports that the user has privileges to will be displayed once the user is logged on. All links to other reports from the Dashboard will be disabled and a user would need to log on to WashConnect to view those reports.
- From the Logon page, type in a valid WashConnect username and password to access the Dashboard report.
