You can give you customer a partial refund.

1. Open Touch POS.
2. Click the Refund button.

3. In the Enter CTN Number to Refund a Transaction, type the CTN number located on the top of the customer's receipt, and then click the Done button.
4. Verify the items to be refunded.
5. Click the Done button.
