You can search for an ePOS Gift Card.

1. In the Include items that were already printed box, click to select or click again to clear the check mark.
2. In the Date Range boxes, select the beginning date and ending date for the report.
3. In the Last 4 Digits box, type in the last four digits of the gift card.
4. Click the Search button.
5. The gift card is activated, and you can hand or mail it to the recipient with the accompanying letter. 

Ideally, you can activate the Gift Card and letter before the recipient comes to pick it up. 

SPECIAL: For orders received through the ePOS web site, World Gift Card has the ability to fulfill the Gift Card orders directly, without car wash intervention. This can be convenient for both the car wash owner/operator and the customer. Contact ICS Support to set up this feature. Additional fees apply.
