Wash Purchased but Gate Does Not Open

If a customer purchased a wash, and the Auto Sentry has a Wash Busy screen, and the gate is not opening to let the customer proceed, follow these instructions:

  1. Open WashConnect.
  2. On the Gate Management menu, click StackNControl, and then click the Reset button.
  3. If the gate does not raise, press the Reset button a few times.
  4. When the customer’s gate raises, the wash will go on Stack.
  5. Open Stack Management, and confirm the Stack is correct.
  6. Reorder the Stack, if necessary.

NOTE: Contact ICS technical support if you find the gate does not open often as this could indicate a technical issue.
