If a customer purchased a wash, and the Auto Sentry has a Wash Busy screen, and the gate is not opening to let the customer proceed, follow these instructions:
- Open WashConnect.
- On the Gate Management menu, click StackNControl, and then click the Reset button.
- If the gate does not raise, press the Reset button a few times.
- When the customer’s gate raises, the wash will go on Stack.
- Open Stack Management, and confirm the Stack is correct.
- Reorder the Stack, if necessary.
NOTE: Contact ICS technical support if you find the gate does not open often as this could indicate a technical issue.
