Service Unit Screen Descriptions

Bill Dispenser Group

  • For units that include a multi-denomination dispenser.
  • Each bill dispenser shows the assigned denomination (e.g., $1.00) and the current amount 
    (e.g., 50) within the dispenser.

Coin Hoppers

  • Coin and token hoppers show the assigned denomination (e.g., $1.00) and the current amount (e.g., 50) within the coin hopper.

Reset

  • Typically used if the bill dispenser is jammed. Also for coin hoppers.
  • Press the bill dispenser or coin hopper icon.
  • Press the Reset button. A reset command is sent to the device. Message Sent To Reset … appears in the information box.

Bill Acceptor, Coin Acceptor, Commands

  • Bill and coin acceptor shows the total amount (top line) and number (bottom line) of bills and coins received. 
  • Command buttons include Add, Remove, Verify, Start, Stop, and Edit. 

Close Terminal, Open Terminal

  • Do this when you need to open or close the Auto Sentry. When the terminal is closed, customers cannot purchase washes.
    • Press Close Terminal after you finish servicing the unit.
    • Press Exit to display Wash Closed on the touch screen.
    • Press Open Terminal. The terminal is opened.

Diagnostics

  • To perform more advanced testing and view history information.

Bump Shift

  • Create a new shift for reporting and cash management purposes.

Keypad, Enter, Exit, and Verification Box

  • Use the keypad to log in and for numerical input.

  • Verification amounts appear in the rectangular Verification Box below the Enter and Exit buttons.

  • Use the Exit button to exit the Service Unit screen
