The Auto Sentry provides a speedy experience for the customer when signing up for a Club Membership.
Tip: The customer experience is an important aspect for word-of-mouth adverting.
- When a customer pulls up to the Auto Sentry, a short video can explain how the club works.
NOTE: This feature is dependent on the Club Sell Style.
Club Sell Style Options:
- NONE: This option plays a video explaining how clubs work and gives them the option to buy a club or buy a wash. This option will NOT show the club button on the Main Menu if the customer chooses the “buy a wash” option
- ACTIVE: Brings the customer directly to the buy club screen, the customer will need to press a button to view the Main Menu if they wish to buy a wash.
- PASSIVE: Brings the customer to a Main Menu screen that will show both the buy wash and buy club button.
NOTE: Please contact ICS support if you would like assistance with changing this setting.
- If the customer is interested in joining a Club, the customer can touch the Join Wash Club button (if set up in passive selling).
- From the Join Wash Club menu, the customer can touch a button to choose a club.
- After confirming their club option, the customer will be prompted to swipe a credit card, enter the billing zip code of the credit card for security, and then receive a speedy credit card approval. This card will be charged every month until the customer cancels their membership.
- The customer agrees to become a club member by clicking the OK button on the Thank you for purchasing a club video.
First Club Wash as a New Club Member
- Upon receiving the first wash as a club member, the customer presents their receipt to the attendant who adheres the RFID tag to the windshield.*

- Tags are secure and become inoperable if tampered with or removed from the windshield.
- For the lowest chance of error when applying the tag, this must be done by a site employee
*This step is not needed if the site only has License Plate Recognition and does not use RFID*
- In WashConnect, an attendant enters all other customer information such as customer name, license plate, phone number, etc.

The wash club process is now complete for this vehicle.
- If you have more than one location, the customer’s data automatically transfers to your other locations, provided there are no issues with Replication.
- Every time a club member's vehicle pulls up to the Payment Terminal or Point of Sale. They can be identified by their RFID tag (if applicable) or License Plate, then the system will automatically grant the wash.
- The system can offer the club member extra services for additional fees, if desired.
