The Vehicle History button is a link to the Vehicle History Report. The user can view, print, or export Vehicle History for a particular customer. You can view the history of the vehicle at the site where the customer washes their vehicle. You cannot be logged in to one site level and view another site's vehicle history. Log in to corporate to view all of the sites' vehicle history under the same corporate ID. 

1. On the Customers menu, select Manage Customers.
   The Manage Customers tab appears.
2. Search for a customer.
3. Click the View button.
4. From the Customer List, click to select the customer's record.
   The customer record is highlighted.
5. Click the View Vehicle History button.
   The Vehicle History Report opens in a new tab named Vehicle History with the license plate for the selected Customer’s vehicle. After the report appears, you can select a different date range.

After viewing, printing or exporting, click the Close button.

NOTE:  The Vehicle History Report is also available from the Clubs menu by selecting Reports, and then Vehicle History.
