PLUs and profiles work together to give customers their wash menu choices. In most cases, you can create a standard set of PLUs for your basic washes which are used during normal operations. If you have four washes to sell, then a PLUs need to be created for each wash. The time and specific upgrades for each of these washes can be setup in the Retail Profile.
