KPI Sales per Car

Key performance indicator for sales per car. This value is entered in the Performance Indicator.  Contact Technical Support to set up the KPI.

This is the targeted amount in sales per car expected for the profit center.

KPI Labor Burden

Key performance indicator for labor burden. This is the fully burdened hourly pay rate of a single employee for the selected profit center. Labor Burden includes workers compensation, payroll taxes, etc. It typically factors in a 22 to 23 percent markup on the base hourly rate.

Hour

Hour of the day for the date range selected.

Cars

The number of cars.  The car count only reflects base services sold in the Express, Full-Service, In-bay, and Self-Serve profit centers.

Sales Performance Statistics

Sales Per Car

Sales per car for the time period. Sales/Car = Sales amount/Number of cars washed.

Sales Variance

Sales Per Car - KPI Sales per Car.  The Sales Variance will be higher if the wash is exceeding their expected Sales Per Car and lower if they are not meeting their Sale per Car goals.

Sales Performance

Sales Variance * Cars = Sales Performance

Labor Performance Statistics

Required Man Hours

The number of required man hours necessary to wash a given number of cars per hour in the specified Profit Center.  Based on Required Man Hours per Cars Washed that is defined from the Profit Centers menu. (Contact technical support to set up Required Man Hours.)

Actual Man Hours

The actual man hours worked at the specified hour in the selected Profit Center(s).

Labor Variance

Required man hours minus Actual man hours.

Labor Performance

Labor Variance multiplied by KPI Labor Burden.
Labor Performance figure represents dollars spent over or under targeted labor costs.

Total Performance

Sales Performance plus Labor Performance.
