Edit Customer Correspondence

NOTE:  Customer Group is only available from Corporate logon.

To edit Customer Correspondence Email, follow these steps:

  1. At WashConnect logon, select Corporate.
  2. On the Configuration menu, select Marketing Email.
  3. In the View box, select the As List or Calendar.
  4. Click to select an Email Correspondence.
  5. Click the Edit button.            

NOTE: You cannot edit an email that has already been sent.      

  1. Make necessary edits.
  2. Click the Save button.    


To delete a Customer Correspondence Email, follow these steps:

NOTE: Customer Group is only available from Corporate Logon.

  1. At WashConnect logon, select Corporate.
  2. On the Configuration menu, select Marketing Email.
  3. In the View box, select the As List or Calendar.
  4. Click to select an Email Correspondence.
  5. Click the Delete button.
