You can Authorize a Gift Card Amount from Manage World Gift.

1. On the Gift Cards menu, select Manage World Gift.
2. In the Choose and Action box, select Authorize.
3. In the Gift Card # box, type in the Gift Card number.
4. In the Amount box, type in the amount to authorize.
5. Click the Authorize button.
