Click the No Sale button if you need to open the drawer to make change for someone without finalizing a transaction.

Even if you make selections, you can clear the register, open the drawer, and start over.

1. Log on to WashConnect from the car wash site level.
2. On the Touch POS menu, open the sales screen (Open Shift), and then select a Greeter.
3. Ring up a sale.
4. Click the No Sale button.

If you began to ring up sales items, they are now cleared out without entering a transaction, the cash drawer opens, and your sales screen is ready for a new sale.

Common Practices: The No Sale permission should only be given to trusted employees since the cash drawer opens without a transaction being entered!
