Email History

The user can review the email history if the invoice was emailed via WashConnect because a confirmation will be saved when it was sent.

  1. Open WashConnect, in Region(s) select Corporate, and then click the Log In button.
    NOTE: Invoice is only available from the Corporate login.
  2. Select Fleet > Invoice.
  3. Search for an invoice, and click to select the invoice.    
  4. Click the Email History button.

    View the email confirmation when an invoice was emailed to the customer.
  5. Click the Close button when finished.
