NOTE: Greeters are ineligible for commissions from any sales that occur on an ICS Kiosk.

1. Log in to WashConnect at the site where the sales item was initially created.
2. Locate and click on the Sales Item to select it.
3. Click on the Edit Sales Item button.
4. Scroll down to view the Commission section.
5. Set the value a greeter would receive from the sale of this item.

NOTE: Greeters will only be eligible for commissions on this item if the position is setup, the user is assigned to the proper commission position in wages, the user is clocked into the wage that the position is assigned to for this user, and the user is designated as the greeter within the Open Shift window on the Point of Sale where the sale is being performed.

6. You are able to define an Amount, or a Percentage of the sales price.

NOTE: The percentage of the sales price is calculated before any discounts or coupons are applied.

7. Click the Save button.

The change is saved.
