Membership History

The Membership History button is used to quickly view the membership history when in the Declined Payment

Search for a record, and click the Membership History button.

  1. On the Clubs menu, select Reports, and then select Declined Payment.

The Declined Payment tab appears.

  1. Search and click to select a customer.
  2. Click the Membership History button.

The Membership History dialog window appears with the customer's club membership history.

  1. You can print or close the Membership History dialog box.
