Membership History

The report is used to quickly view the membership history when in the Declined Payment report.

Search for a record, and click the Membership History button.

  1. Open WashConnect, and log on to Corporate.
    NOTE: This report is only available at Corporate logon.
  2. Select Clubs Reports Declined Payment.

The Declined Payment tab appears.

  1. Search and click to select a customer.
  2. Click the Membership History button.

The Membership History dialog appears with the customer's club membership history.

  1. Also, you can print or close the Membership History dialog.
