The Wash to Register Comparison Report is the best report for financial integrity at the wash. It gives a comparison between the number of paid services and the number cars sent through the wash. This is a great tool in determining if theft is occurring at the wash by viewing the numbers and determine if they are inconsistent.                         

To view the Wash to Register Comparison Report, follow these steps:                     

1. Log on to WashConnect at the Local or Corporate level.
2. On the Financial menu, click Audit Controls, and then click Wash to Register.

The Wash to Register tab appears.

3. In the From Date and To Date boxes, select a date range.
4. In the Site box, select one or more sites.  

     NOTE: When logged on locally to WashConnect, only the local site will appear in the list.

5. In the Controller box, select one or more Controller shifts.
6. In the POS box, select one or more POS shifts.
7. Click the View Report button.

The Wash to Register Comparison Report appears.
