
Manage all customer information, including Club and Fleet accounts, directly from the Manage Customers menu. This section is divided into Manage and Group sub-menus. You can easily add, edit, or delete customers and vehicles, manage recurring billing (add, edit, or terminate), and access comprehensive customer or vehicle history.
For new Fleet Accounts, begin in the Fleet Accounts menu. Existing fleet customer data can be viewed and edited within the Customers Manage menu.
While customers can purchase club memberships at the ICS Payment Terminal, final activation requires employee assistance. A car wash employee must complete the following steps upon the customer exiting the wash:
- Customer signs the Wash Club Contract.
- Employee affixes an RFID tag to the inside of a clean windshield.
- Using WashConnect from the Customers menu, the employee enters the RFID tag number and any available customer details (name, address, license plate, email address, etc.).
Furthermore, corporate users with WashConnect access can leverage the Group function to create custom customer segments. This allows for targeted marketing efforts and the application of special pricing or discounts to these specific customer groups.
