Add a Profit Center

To add a Profit Center, follow these steps:

  1. From the WashConnect logon screen, click to select Corporate, and then click the Log On button.
  2. Select System Setup > Profit Centers > Manage Profit Centers.

 

  1. In the Profit Center panel, click to select a parent Profit Center for the new Profit Center.

  2. Click the Add button.
    The Profit Center Description dialog box appears.

  1. In the Name box, type a name for the profit center. (Required to Add a Profit Center)
  2. In the Description box, type a description for the profit center.
  3. In the Performance box, click to select the Performance check-box if you want to collect performance statistics for the profit center.
  4. In the Parent box, the Parent Profit Center will be displayed.
  5. In the Wage Eligible box, click to select if the profit center is Wage Eligible.
  6. In the Department box, you can assign Accounting departments for each site in your corporation.
    NOTE: WashConnect Accounting features are not unlocked by default and require an additional fee, please contact ICS if you would like to use this feature.
  7. Click the Save button when you are finished.
    The profit center is saved.
